We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared web hosting plans for first-time purchases. This guarantee applies to initial purchase only and does not apply to renewals.
Domain Registrations and Renewals
Domain registration, renewal and transfer fees are non-refundable once processed due to registry rules.
Additional Services and Add-ons
SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, third-party licenses and other activated add-ons are not covered under the shared hosting money-back guarantee.
Cancellation Process
To request cancellation or refund review, submit a request through the customer support portal within the applicable refund period.
Conditions and Exceptions
Accounts that violate Terms of Service, misuse resources or are suspended/terminated for illegal activities are not eligible for refund.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds may take 7–10 business days after approval and are normally returned to the original payment method where possible.
