Account Registration & Eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep it updated, and be legally capable of entering a binding contract. Accounts are non-transferable without written consent.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to host malware, phishing, spam, fraudulent or illegal activities, infringe third-party rights, publish unlawful content, or interfere with network integrity/security.
Domain Registration & DNS
Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are subject to registry policies. Domain fees are generally non-refundable once processed by the registry.
Billing, Renewal & Taxes
Fees are due in advance. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation. Prices may change for future terms with notice where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the specific plan and published plan-level policy. Setup fees, domain fees and third-party license fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Service Availability
We strive for 24/7 availability; downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, network issues, force majeure or factors beyond our control.
Backups & Data Protection
We may implement routine backups, but customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of their own content.
Suspension & Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated for AUP violations, non-payment, security risks or legal requests.
